Unlike radiant heating, where the melt at the top of the furnace are oxidated because of overheating, submersible heating element in the centre of aluminum melt can ensure efficiency heat-transfer and uniform heating. 

 

Therefore, the waste of aluminum will be minimized, the quality of aluminum casting parts will also be improved, at the same time, the damage due to aluminum residue dregs on the furnace will be reduced.

 

The excellent corrosion resistance, mechanical strength and good thermal shock resistance, all these characteristics help maximize the lifespan of the heater.

Application 

For new furnaces:

Innternal temperature of the furnace shall reach 800℃ and remains 800℃ for at least 6hrs.

Aluminum shall be only added after the heater is turnned off for 20mins.
