Unlike radiant heating, where the melt at the top of the furnace are oxidated because of overheating, submersible heating element in the centre of aluminum melt can ensure efficiency heat-transfer and uniform heating. 

Therefore, the waste of aluminum will be minimized, the quality of aluminum casting parts will also be improved, at the same time, the damage due to aluminum residue dregs on the furnace will be reduced. ​
