Heater
Tube
Comparing with traditional casted iron riser tube, our Silicon Nitride riser tube has very low thermal conductivity, therefore preserves heat during low pressure die casting processes.
We use Gas Pressure Sintering (GPS) method for the production of the riser tube, this results in some unmatchable properties, including high density and ability to maintain high strength under high temperature.
